What you get

One accountable unit, not a list of CVs

Design authority icon

Senior design authority

A lead D365 Commerce and F&O solution architect with enterprise go-lives behind them. Our founder authored Microsoft's official D365 Commerce certification, the first D365 Commerce content on Microsoft Learn and the first D365 Commerce partner bootcamp.

Delivery capacity icon

Hands-on capacity

A proven team that works in your time zone, with go-lives across Europe, the Middle East and North America behind it: consultants who have delivered with this architect before.

Accountability icon

One point of accountability

Architect and team come as one engagement. Design, build, integration, cutover, hypercare and optimisation for the commerce scope, owned end to end.

How it works on your programme

Your governance. Our commerce workstream.

We take the B2C, D2C, B2B or e-commerce scope inside your programme: architecture, design, build, integration, cutover, hypercare and post go-live optimisation. We work in your tools and your methodology and report into your project lead. Your client sees one team.

Your programme gets senior commerce design on day one instead of after the first escalation. That applies to a scoped workstream on a new implementation, a rescue of a commerce rollout that is struggling, or an architect on call for your delivery teams.

When your programme needs it, we also carry change management and adoption for the commerce scope. Prosci-certified architects; it sits inside the delivery, not next to it.

How we work with you

  • One seat per programme. We work for you or for the client, never both, agreed with you before the first conversation.
  • Your client stays your client. We do not approach them, and we do not bid against you on that account.
  • Your method, your tooling, your reporting line. We work inside your delivery model.

How it worked at Fenix Outdoor

We have delivered with Microsoft, Columbus, Avanade and Accenture, for clients such as Nespresso, ASOS, Fenix Outdoor, ESCADA and Telenet.

Situation

A multi-brand outdoor group rolling out Dynamics 365 across markets with the group's implementation partner, and commerce scope that needed senior design and reliable delivery capacity.

Approach

Mariya Koteva joined as solution architect and team lead for the commerce scope. Insight Dynamics consultants did the hands-on delivery inside the partner's project structure, 2025 to 2026.

Result

One accountable commerce team inside a larger programme: design decisions made once, delivery that did not depend on a single person, and a partner relationship that stayed with the partner.
